Sabina DiSano

Sabina DiSano has been with Irvine Technology
Corporation since its inception in the year 2000. Hired to build out the non-First
American business with outside clients- she has done just that and created an
impressive list of clients throughout Orange County and other parts of the US. A
native of Munich, Germany, Sabina has lived in the United States since 1980.She spent
her first years traveling across the US in the capacity of project manager-for an ERP
software company installing and customizing software according to client needs. She
later worked for a savings & loan in the mid 80’s as their VP of Information Technology
before retiring to full-time mother’s duties. A couple years later, a friend recruited
her to work for her staffing company and this marked the beginning of a great career in
the information technology staffing field. With a degree in Computer Science and
Finance (Auditing) from the University of Munich, Germany, information technology
is Sabina’s main comfort zone. Matching talent with open positions is a true
passion- as recruiter or in a sales role- speaking with and about technology and
solving complex people/technical issues are her favorite things to do. In her free
time Sabina is very involved in the local equestrian scene- as a Vice President of
the San Juan Capistrano chapter of the California Dressage Society and active
competitor with her two horses Lafit and Tommy T. As a mother of 3 college/high
school aged children she is busy organizing and supporting the varied activities in
sports and studies of her children and assisting her husband Gary with his long term
illness.

Terry Raisor

Terry Raisor is a senior Recruiter with over 10
years of experience sourcing candidates in the Information Technology, Engineering,
and Manufacturing industries. Geographically, the majority of his efforts have focused
on the Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles counties. However, he’s had the opportunity
to network with and place candidates in San Francisco, Dallas, Boston and other major
metropolitan areas. His background includes not only sourcing in a “staffing agency”
environment but also providing direct recruiting for a Fortune 300 Financial Services
company, directly interacting with and presenting qualified candidates to decision
makers. Terry is a versatile Recruiter using a variety of web based sources to
uncover and identify hidden talent. While Terry's career emphasis has been primarily
on Technical Recruiting, he has also had the opportunity to service clients in the
capacity of Account Manager and Recruiting Manager.

Mindy Hogan's background
spans 20 years as an Account Executive with targeted business development and account
management expertise. The past 9+ years have been specifically focused in the
Technology Sector. Her work here at Irvine Technology, has been primarily focus on
recruiting technology talent for the top high growth companies in and around the Boston
Marketplace, and she has a unique understanding for the specific needs and challenges
involved in doing this the right way. Mindy has an exceptional feel for the needs of
her clients exercising best business practices from inception to completion. Her
personal and hands on approach give her that competitive edge needed in today’s
market. Prior to her work at Irvine Technology, She had been involved in networking,
sharing best practices, and research with the CIO and Senior Technology community
while at International Data Group, and provided contract, consulting and project
resources for global clients while with M Squared Inc. Mindy holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Education. She lives in
Marlborough, Massachusetts with her husband Jim and her twin son and daughter.

Matt Rauch

Matt Rauch has been a Sr.
Recruiter with ITC since May of 2002, and has been in the IT Staffing industry since
1998. In addition to Recruitment, he also has previously held positions in Sales,
Account Management, and Management. A current resident of Costa Mesa, Matt received
a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UC Irvine in 1995, where he also played for
their volleyball team.

Irvine, Chicago and San Francisco. Kara began her Sales career in 2004 and has built
many long standing relationships with some of the top companies in the bay area. Kara
joined ITC in 2007 as a Senior Account Executive responsible for building a reputable
client list in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. She is based in San Francisco, CA.

Annette Smith

Annette Smith has been with ITC
since 2004. She is all about being a great connector and a firm believer of helping others
get the resources they need to achieve their goals, see their accomplishments and reach success.
She is also well-established in business development within our Southern California technology
community and takes an active role in many of the business and entrepreneurial programs to help
Orange County’s technology professionals and businesses reach their goals.
Annette attended college at California State University, Fullerton and currently holds a Bachelor’s
of Science Degree in Management. Her core expertise includes fifteen years of technology solutions,
business development, and management for specific organizations across the country. Her clients'
industries include technology, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, biotechnology, and
higher education, to name a few.
Additionally Annette is a founder, past President, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for
the Association for Women in Technology (AWT). AWT is the only non-profit, women's technology
organization in Southern California. Annette is also the founder to AWT’s thriving Mentorship Program
and initiating ITC’s Forum for Women Executives in 2009.
In her personal time, Annette enjoys family (first), surfing, wine, movies, and spending time with her
husband of eleven years and their two children. Along with AWT, Annette is also actively involved
(graciously sponsored by ITC) in YLO (Young Leader's Organization) through The Vance Caesar Group and
is a Delta Zeta Sorority Alumna from California State University Fullerton.

Technical Recruiter, Christopher is directly responsible for recruiting Irvine
Technologies top IT consulting talent and is directly involved in maintaining

excellence Irvine Technology has come to be known for in the IT staffing industry.
Previously, Christopher was an Account Manager working for Abaris, Inc. Abaris is a
well established Oracle Implementation Partner. In his 2 year role Christopher was
responsible for Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service and full
Pre and Post Sales Cycle Management. His grasp of ERP Software, Project Consulting
and Database Support Services was greatly increased as a result of his time with this
organization. In total Christopher has well over 10 years working in the software
