Recruiting Distinctions. ITC is a referral driven organization with over 70% of our
placements obtained from our industry relationships. Our detailed recruiting
process involves technical screening with our core consulting team, as well as
evaluation of our candidates interpersonal and communication skills. We also
offer additional screening methods such as education verifications.

Supporting our Consultants. We have a full time Consulting Services Manager
on staff to ensure that our consultants have a designated point of contact at all
times. Our CSM is responsible for conducting performance reviews, new hire
orientations, visiting our consultants at their client site and resolving any
personnel issues that may arise.
